Most files are provided in MP3 or MPEG-1 formats. They can be played by the latest version of Windows Media Player on Windows PC, or by the latest version of QuickTime Player on a Mac. You can also play them in PowerPoint or in other presentation software. Please note: KidzMatter does not provide support for third-party software.

Opening a .zip file is simple. If you are on a computer running Windows XP, Vista or 7, right-click on the downloaded file and choose “Extract All.” If you are on a Macintosh computer, simply double-click the file to open. Downloads in the .zip format are not compatible with mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.

First, check to make sure that your subscription hasn’t expired. Second, is your browser or anti-virus software preventing the download? And finally, make sure you’re logged in.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Why won’t my payment go through?

Please double check that your account information is correct.

Why was my credit card denied?

Be sure to check you have entered all information correctly. If it continues to decline, try a different credit card or contact your credit card company.

Can I get a refund for any reason?

No. The fees charged for KidzMatter PRO are non-refundable.

What is my KidzMatter PRO login or password?

How do I upgrade my account from free trial to PRO?

Your login is the username and password you designated when you set up your account. If you have forgotten your password click here.

How can I access my account information?

First, login using your e-mail and password; then click “My Account”. In the account management screen you can change any of your information such as email or password, update your address, and see all of your downloads.
